A Deadline
When EA SPORTS World was nearing launch, it became clear that the existing tools were not sufficient for the needs of the customer service department. A new solution was needed immediately.
My Role
In one week, I prototyped and delivered a Customer Service Backdoor that provided the customer service team with access to the information they needed and the ability to modify player accounts as necessary.
The Backdoor was a success — the CS team began using it at launch, and after a few added features and bug fixes, it settled into a solid system that is still in use today.
